Both low fat cheese and yogurt are great for arthritis. They are high in calcium, which offers protection to your bones. Yogurt also pairs well with berries, making it one of the perfect anti-inflammatory foods.

12. Green tea
Green tea is a great option for overall health but it also does wonders for arthritis symptoms. It contains many helpful compounds that can reduce inflammation. Green tea should be included in every rheumatoid arthritis diet. Keep in mind that green tea does contain caffeine.
